2026 Conference Sponsorship Levels
The Pacific Northwest Association for Institutional Research and Planning (PNAIRP) is an international association of U.S. and Canadian researchers and planners, and a regional affiliate of the Association for Institutional Research. Our members are leaders in data-informed decision-making, institutional effectiveness, and strategic planning across higher education.
We anticipate more than 80 attendees at our upcoming annual conference. At our 2025 conference in Portland, Oregon, participants included vice presidents, associate/assistant vice provosts, directors, institutional researchers, analysts, and systems programmers representing colleges and universities across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Alaska, and British Columbia. Beginning in 2025, PNAIRP is expanding its regional reach to include the Rocky Mountain states, broadening our professional network as institutions adapt to an evolving financial and operational landscape in higher education.

Platinum: $5,000
Everything included in the Gold sponsorship package below, plus:
- NAMED EVENT (on a first-come, first served basis) of your choosing in recognition of your company. Options include the Wednesday reception, Thursday morning breakfast and keynote, Thursday lunch, or a refreshment break.
- One additional (2 total) email communications sent to members on your behalf with your text to inform members of your service/product.
- One additional (3 total) respresentative registrations to attend all meals, sessions, and events. Additional attendees are welcome at the regular conference price.
Gold: $3,500
Everything in the Silver sponsorship package below, plus:
- One CO-PRESENTATION SESSION (40-minutes) during the conference where you can present your service/product with a partner institution who uses your product.
- One email communication sent to members on your behalf with your text to inform members of your service/product.
- One additional (2 total) representative registrations to attend all meals, sessions, and events. Additional attendees are welcome at the regular conference price.
Silver: $2,000
- One LIGHTENING TALK (5-minutes) during the Opening Reception where you will have the opportunity to share some brief information about your service/product infront of all conference attendees.
- One EXHIBITOR BOOTH with a table and chairs, set up in a prominent location throughout the conference.
- Verbal acknowledgement of sponsorship.
- Logo and website link on the PNAIRP conference webpage and communications.
- Logo and acknowledgement in the digital conference program.
- One representative to attend all meals, sessions, and events. Additional attendees are welcome at the regular conference price.
