Calling all Everett Lovers!!! We need volunteers for the local arrangements committee for our 2026 Conference in Everett, WA. This committee will meet virtually once or twice in the month of October to assist with all local arrangement planning. For additional information or questions, please email mal3@pnairp.org.

The purpose of this committee is to administer, review, and award PNAIRP's annual Travel Grants to members planning to attend the current year's conference. These funds are allocated to PNAIRP members by the Travel Grant Review Committee to help offset any expenses related to the annual conference (i.e., registration, transportation, lodging, meals, etc.). We’re looking for a few volunteers to help review presentation proposals for the 2026 conference. Majority of this committee work is done independently between the months of August and October (reviewing propoal submissions on a rolling-basis). Interested in learning more about PNAIRP's budget? Join the 2026 Audit Committee and help ensure PNAIRP's goal of financial transparency and accountability (no prior audit/accounting experience is necessary). The 2026 Audit Committee will meet in-person on Thursday (November 12, 2026) to review the previous fiscal year’s finances and treasurer’s book. The Site-Selection Committee is responsible for the review and selection process of the upcoming year's annual conference location and venue. This committee works with PNAIRP's Vice President to review venue proposals, perform in-person site visists, and present final recommendations to the Executive Committee. In October, a call will go out for volunteers to help during the annual conference. We will be looking for volunteers to help with registration, moderating sessions, hosting discussions/panels and leading dinner groups.
