Registration fees include conference registration and PNAIRP membership.
Membership fees are not refundable.
Conference registration cancellation requests made on or before the early bird registration deadline will receive an 85% refund. Cancellations made after the early bird registration deadline will not be refunded. Submit a registration cancellation request via email to treasurer@pnairp.org. Refunds will be credited using the original method of payment.
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled, PNAIRP will refund 100% of the conference registration fees paid.
Registrations may be transferred to another active PNAIRP member at no additional charge. Transfers completed within one week of the start of the conference may not be guaranteed a personalized name badge, customization of meals, and any conference materials.
Registration may not be transferred to a future PNAIRP Conference.
